How it works
Ideally, the sessions are spread across three 90-minute meetings within one week. This structure allows time to prepare, reflect, and strategize between each session.
You can also choose to include your executives or key decision-makers, or even transform the experience into a full-day session. Additional options include ongoing accountability and follow-up sessions to ensure lasting progress.

You will be given a workbook that must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before our first session. If it is not, your session will be rescheduled and you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $300.

The more you tell me the more I can help you. However, you may provide as much information as you are comfortable with. An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed before our work starts to ensure your privacy. Financials are a large part of strategic planning. You are sharing these in a safe space to process where you are and where you want to be.

There are a few things that I will ask you to prepare before the sessions but most of it is in your head already. Our sessions will draw on what you already know and build on what you want and need to do to reach your goals.

$500 deposit to schedule the first session.
Total payment is due before the first session.
